Refund Policy
The registration fee paid with the application is the only fee required to attend the Yager Youth Leadership Conference. If you find that you are unable to attend after you have paid the registration fee, our refund policy is detailed below.
- Refunds are issued to the person that paid the registration fee.
- Partial refund for cancellations made before June 21 will be available; requests for refunds must be made in writing via email; a $100 application processing fee will be retained and not refunded.
- NO REFUND will be given after June 21.
- Out of courtesy, we ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend so that we may accurately plan for the conference.
- You may want to opt in for the Purchase Protection available during the online registration process; you can be eligible to receive a refund based on illness or death in the immediate family - this is offered through a 3rd party and not YYLC or its administrators. This add-on cost will not cover airfare cancellations or travel issues that prevent you from attending.
