Refund Policy

The registration fee paid with the application is the only fee required to attend the Yager Youth Leadership Conference. If you find that you are unable to attend after you have paid the registration fee, our refund policy is detailed below.

Refunds are issued to the person that paid the registration fee. If you cancel after June 30, there is NO refund since we have already paid the host facility for lodging and meals, hired staff, and ordered curriculum based on enrollment. If you cancel on or before June 26, you will receive a full refund less a $75 application processing fee. Out of courtesy, we ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend so that we may accurately plan for the conference.

  • All payments must be paid through PayPal
  • Partial refund for cancellations made before June 26 will be available; requests for refunds must be made in writing via email; a $75 application processing fee will be retained and not refunded.
  • NO REFUND will be given after June 30.
